We used Albert & Meyer Funeral Directors-Thornleigh recently for my Dad's funeral service. I highly recommend them for such a sad and emotional time in life. Everyone I spoke to on the phone was lovely and answered all of my questions fully and concisely. Karen the manager of my Dad's funeral was highly professional and spent considerable time explaining how everything worked. She would contact me regularly during this time and also leading right up to the funeral. On the day of the funeral all of the Albert & Meyer staff went out of their way to make sure the day went smoothly & professionally. It was great to have very kind and caring people involved for Dad's service.

Thank you so much Jono and Ben for all your help following my mother's death and with the organising of her funeral on 7 April 2026. The after hours service you provided was prompt and respectful. The service at the crematorium, followed by the memorial service at the Church, both went like clockwork. Castlebrook worked perfectly for us too. Your attention to detail was wonderful, and we thought the caterer's "Be on the Go" who you recommended were brilliant. A lot of people asked them for their card. The Flowers on the casket were simply beautiful with all the pink roses. Can I also please thank your media team again for the fabulous work they did on the Service book. Peter was very compassionate and welcoming. He is open to suggestions and also gave his suggestions with respect. It was a difficult time for me but with Peter, I was able to give my partner the special memorial and burial the she deserved. Highly recommended.
